Coming from a family of independent business owners, I always knew I would be active in business one day, I just did not know in what capacity. When I started college, I chose math as my major since numbers came easy to me. After having the opportunity to study in Europe and travel extensively, I began to see the world differently. Diverse peoples and their ways of thinking and expressing themselves became of huge interest to me and forever changed my future. I switched my major from Math to French/Art History, I worked at the UN, became an investigative journalist in tv documentaries, crewed across the Atlantic on a sailboat, and produced corporate marketing films. After my time in corporate America, I ventured out on my own where I established several companies that focused on manufacturing software development, video production and hardware distribution.
